THIEF Najib should make any claims in court. That’s the right forum.
His lawyers should advise him to shut up. Anything he says may and can be used against him.
He’s incriminating himself by comments in the social media.
Under international anti money laundering laws, in force since 911, ill-gotten gains are proof of money laundering. No other proof is required under the Definition of money laundering.
Money laundering is defined as having assets far in excess of what can be legitimately accumulated over a lifetime.
Such assets can be frozen, seized and forfeited by civil action.
If the civil action is challenged, criminal suits would be instituted.
The challenge to the civil action would be heard first. THIEF Najib would have to prove the forfeited assets were acquired legitimately.
The others named in the civil action can likewise challenge it.
If he, and the others, fail in challenging the civil action, the failure would be used as evidence in the criminal case.
