BoMa/SoCaMa in Singapore and Malaya are governed by the Merdeka cutoff deadline

re BoMa/SoCaMa (bogus Malays and/or so-called Malays) . . .

Read the 2nd Prong of the Definition of BoMa/SoCaMa in Article 160.

Since the 2nd Prong is an artificial construct, an aberration in law, bad law, the 1st Prong does not arise. How can the 2nd Prong, which is not a race but Muslims from various races, practise the BoMa/SoCaMa culture, customs and traditions in the 1st Prong? The issue does not arise.

There’s case law in the book above which states that BoMa/SoCaMa in the Definition of BoMa/SoCaMa is not about race but about anthropology.

If so, why mention Islam which came from outside the Archipelago, from a place far away in India (Gujerat)?

Mohd and Islam were not mentioned during the first 300 years of the religion.

It was the 3rd Caliph who created Islam, as a form of identity for Arabs, by codifying sacred Christian texts in Aramaic and other sources to codify the first Quran.

All other versions of the Quran were destroyed.

Many of the verses of the Quran were missing by the 3rd Caliph’s time. He ordered the remaining 600, 000 verses of the Quran be sifted through to produce the first codified Quran. Only a portion of these verses are in the Quran.

Islam is about the hereafter from where no one has come back to tell us.

We can cross the bridge when we come to it.

If no bridge, it doesn’t matter anyway. We won’t know.

Anthropology is about paganism and animism, among others.

The 2nd Prong is a form of IDENTITY for Muslims from various races in Singapore and Malaya governed by the Merdeka cutoff deadline.

For example, Mahathir is Indian (Malayalee) by race, but Malay (read BoMa/SoCaMa) by identity under Article 160.

So, he cannot claim to have only a few spoonfuls of blood (Indian), and go on to claim that otherwise he’s Malay (read BoMa/SoCaMa).

BoMa/SoCaMa is not about blood.

There’s no cutoff deadline to be Jewish. So, there are no parallels here with BoMa/SoCaMa.

Again, the BoMa/SoCaMa in Singapore and Malaya are governed by the Merdeka cutoff deadline. After Merdeka, only the descendants of BoMa/SoCaMa are BoMa/SoCaMa.

Those who hold BoMa/SoCaMa MyKads in violation of Article 160 are holding fraudulent documents.

Malay, based on a Cambodian dialect, Tamil, Sanskrit and Pali, was the lingua franca of the Archipelago. Many rulers used the language for administration, trade, education and missionary activities. They were not Malays.

First, there was Hinduism in the Archipelago, next Buddhism and then Islam and finally Christianity.

Sanatana Dharma is separate from Hinduism. They are not one and the same.

There’s no Malay race. Language is no proof of race.

The Archipelago was named after the Malay language.

When people are left alone and have choices to communicate as best as they can in any language, a lingua franca will emerge. That was the case in the history of the Malay language.

The original Malay script was Indian, followed by Jawi and finally Roman.

Jawi is derived from Farsi and Arabic.
