Borneo MPs should nominate Jeffrey Kitingan to be PM, or remain above the fray in Malaya

Mahathir/Muhyddin & Co was not a formal coalition under one symbol in GE14.

The rump PH was a formal coalition under one symbol in GE14.

Malay First Muhyiddin will be bad news for Sabah and Sarawak and Borneo rights. Mahathir cares two effs for Borneo rights and does not want Sabah and Sarawak to be the kingmakers in Parliament.

Anwar belabours in the delusion that the British handed Sabah and Sarawak to the Melayu as colonies.

If GPS of Sarawak backs Malay First Muhyiddin for the PM’s post, demi ketuanan Melayu, they are finished in the next state election.

Sabah and Sarawak should abstain from the fight in Malaya over the PM’s post.

Borneo should not take sides in Malaya if they are not in the running for the PM’s post. It has been nothing but bullshit from Malaya the last 50 over years. Must the bullshit go on for another 50 years?

The Borneo states should stand as a united bloc in Parliament, 3rd Force, and support or oppose the gov’t in Putrajaya on a Bill by Bill basis.

Alternatively, Borneo MPs should nominate someone like Jeffrey Gapari Kitingan to be Prime Minister.

Again, Borneo MPs should form a 3rd Force in Parliament. It can initiate and lead the Federal gov’t in Putrajaya in coalition with PH, the lesser of the two evils in Malaya.

Only four Borneo MPs should be in the Federal Cabinet . . . defence, internal security, foreign affairs, and Malaysian Common Market.

The state assemblies in Sabah and Sarawak should Invoke Article VIII of MA63 for a new form of self-determination.

The parti parti Malaya should pull out from the Borneo states.

If I was Agong, I will appoint Anwar as minority PM or dissolve Parliament for snap elections.

Why is GPS of Sarawak waiting until Mar 1 to announce their decision on the PM’s post?

That means negotiations are still going on.

Both PH and the Mahathir/Muhyiddin group will not accept conditions set by GPS.

Umno will not join the Mahathir/Muhyiddin group unless cases in court against their leaders are dropped.

Mahathir/Muhyiddin will not be willing to eat their own shit.

Anwar might be willing to be more flexible on the court cases provided Umno backs his bid for premiership.

Sodomy 1 Architect Mahathir lives in fear of PM Anwar, may also be blamed for Sodomy 2.

Mahathir and his family of multibillionaires should be dragged to justice for their alleged multitude of sins if they don’t voluntarily go into exile, never to return, except in a coffin.

Crunching the numbers . . .

The Sabah Constitution defines majority as the symbol having the largest number of seats in the state assembly. The Definition was not about simple majority and does not rule out minority gov’t.

The Federal Constitution could do with such a Definition for Parliament. It would have made Anwar Ibrahim’s path to premiership clearer.

The true test of confidence in the legislature is the passage of gov’t Bills. The gov’t would have to resign if a Bill, presented again and again, is defeated three times in a row.

Theresa May was defeated three times in a row on BrExit and stepped down as Conservative Party chief, and subsequently, as PM.

Boris Johnson, her successor, was defeated as well on BrExit and called for snap election which he won with a convincing majority. He managed to get BrExit done.

Parliament has no provision for a confidence, or no confidence, motion. Any such motion, if proposed, could be tucked at the bottom by the Speaker and would never see the light of day. Gov’t business would have to be come first. That’s how the hudud Bill by PAS never made it.

PH Chairman . . .

Mahathir became PM based on his position as PH Chairman by consensus i.e. no one opposed.

Anwar failed to seek the PH chairmanship. Had he sought the position, he would have failed to secure consensus since Bersatu would have opposed.

However, he stood a better chance of being appointed PH Chairman after APEC in Nov this year since Mahathir pledged to leave after the event.

It would have been difficult for Bersatu to oppose the appointment of a new PH Chairman after APEC. Had the party opposed, Mahathir could easily step down and end the stalemate.

UPDATE . . .

Snap election might be the next stunt to be pulled by Mahathir.

He must be enjoying himself.

JK should have led the Borneo MPs to nominate a PM (himself) from Sabah or Sarawak, as a matter of strategy.

It would have shocked the Orang Malaya. Their balls will shrink.
