Listen to soft instrumental music for 15 to 20 mins before bed to calm the emotions and have a restful night . . .
On balance, science and maths need not be taught in English.
Subjective maths questions should be made part of English language classes to promote English speaking.
The subjective maths questions would be an excuse to speak in English.
Mathematics great way to get start in learning English.
Public universities are in the English medium, exams may be bilingual.
Now, everyone can speak English

The brain can be divided into nine intelligences.
One of these nine intelligences controls manipulation skills viz. sounds (music), sounds-words (language) and figures (maths).
The brain does not see any difference between music, language and mathematics.
It sees all three skills as manipulation.
We see them as music, language, and mathematics.
I used to teach mathematics by going straight to past years’ examination papers and working on the brain of the students. These questions are mixed i.e. from many different topics.
I never taught topics.
There are only six skills in mathematics . . . addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, combined operations and modular.
Send your child for music lessons.
Teach them grammar by getting them to listen to the news and drama on radio. That tunes the ears to the sounds of the language.

You were there?
[05/08, 11:02 a.m.] SR:
Hahahahaha…,exactly.
[05/08, 1:05 p.m.] JF:
Anyone can write.
Write the first sentence.
Expand that to a few sentences.
Soon, you will have the first paragraph.
After the first paragraph, you will have the next paragraph.
The story continues.
Maybe you will have a book.
[05/08, 1:12 p.m.] SR:
Yes, Boss.
[05/08, 1:36 p.m.] JF:
Doesn’t matter how badly written. Publishers have book editors.
[05/08, 1:37 p.m.] SR:
Thank you 🙏 for that piece of information.
I write bad. But with feeling
[05/08, 1:45 p.m.] JF:
Emotions are important.
[05/08, 2:12 p.m.] SR:
Perhaps that’s why I was chucked out of Daily Express 🤣
[05/08, 2:15 p.m.] JF:
I never blamed any reporter for whatever he or she wrote, no matter how bad.
I only want the 5Ws and 1H.
The rest is up to the Editor and News Editor.
Our Editors and News Editors lack skills. They can only be proof readers.
[05/08, 2:17 p.m.] JF:
If you had given me the stories to go through, before submitting them, you would not have been chucked out.
[05/08, 2:18 p.m.] JF:
Don’t blame yourself. Blame the Editors and News Editors.
[05/08, 2:19 p.m.] SR:
Daily Express had them two Eddie and one James Sarda then.
Anyhow, it was a much valued experience
[05/08, 2:22 p.m.] JF:
Yes. But when someone like you comes along, they fall apart.
They are many people like you.
Reporters keep leaving all the time because they are demoralised by the hurtful remarks made by Editors and News Editors.
