In about-turn, MIC decides not to join Perikatan Nasional.

I expected this. We can always predict how the parrapu sambar will behave.

I expected this. The racist Tamil parrapu sambar is predictable.

I was surprised when the bogus Malay Zahid disclosed that MIC had applied to join PN. Bogus Malay? He doesn’t qualify as Malay under Article 160(2).

Since Umno wouldn’t touch PN with even a ten foot pole, obviously MIC can’t sign up with the unregistered coalition.

We don’t see any Tamil leader whacking the shit out of their people.

I think a Malayalee should do it. The Tamil are squatting on all Indians because of their lack of intelligence and energy.

The evil caste system is the reason for inbreeding among caste Hindu.

The Pariah (casteless/outcaste), having no caste, are not inbred, and have a higher average level of intelligence and energy compared with caste Hindu.

James Narasimman Naidu, I intend to whip the racist Tamil parrapu sambar into shape!

Ravin Krishnan, I care two Fs re the FU racist oily Tamil parrapu sambar. But since they are squatting on all Indians, I have to do something about it.

James Narasimman Naidu, I want to tell theinbred FUracistnogoodoilyTamil parrapu sambar in particular, squatting on allIndians, that I know what to disregard, just like the court of law.

I don’t believe in degenerating into rhetoric and polemics.

I won’t be sidetracked by the politics of distraction and disruption and obstructionism.

I will disregard name-calling and character assasination.

I will keep the issues alive. Nothing personal and offensive.

I will impose SANCTIONS if anyone crosses the line. Unlike the court of law, I do not believe that anyone has the right to say anything in the court of public opinion.

No one can control the Narrative as I can. I can create something out of nothing and reduce something to nothing.

Anyone can say anything in the court of law. The court knows what to disregard. It will focus on the issues in conflict between the parties in dispute. If the court does not disregard what should be disregarded, then you may be in trouble.

That’s what happened to Najib on his RM42m SRC International case. The Oxford judge did not disregard what should be disregarded.

Najib has appealed.

For what?

He should return the RM42m and appeal to the court. The Oxford judge pointed out that Najib did not return the RM42m.

If Najib claims “mistrial” in the High Court, without returning the RM42m, he’s taking a big risk.

Anything can happen in court.

If the Court of Appeal accepts there has been “mistrial” in the High Court, the superior court can set aside the lower court ruling and send the case back to the High Court to be heard before another judge, hopefully not one from Oxford, or hear the case itself.
