It’s unlikely that backdoor Prime Minister, Muhyiddin Yassin, would advise and request the Agong to consent to the dissolution of Parliament.

Even if Muhyiddin gives the said advice and makes the request, Agong can withhold consent for the dissolution of Parliament.

In that case, Muhyiddin can buat tak tahu and carry as usual or offer to resign.

If the resignation is accepted, PH will be offered the chance to put together a new gov’t in Putrajaya.

PH’s efforts may fall apart if Anwar Ibrahim insists on being Prime Minister.
