DAP, if invited to the Istana, will confess its “sins”, declare it will go solo.

DAP, committed to Malaysian Malaysia and democratic socialism, will contest all seats win or lose in Malaya.

(COMMENT/ Why didn’t they ask Lim Kit Siang?)

When I become PM, Mariam Mokhtar may be DPM.

She was in London the last time that I spoke to her.

Borneo rights advocate Daniel John Jambun passed the skype phone to her and The Sarawak Report Editor Claire Brown Rewcastle.

I discovered later that RPK had hacked my skype account and made some calls to Rewcastle. She finally rejected the calls after figuring out that it was RPK at the other end.

Away from that digression, MM makes some good points. This is the first time that I have praised her Article.

Generally, I disagree with most Malay and non-Malay writers on politics. I just skim what they have to say and quickly lose interest. Basically, they just compile known news and pass them off as Opinion. They don’t connect the dots.

None of their writings come true because they indulge in wishful thinking and living on hope.

Jesus, we learn from the Holy Bible, spoke about the spiritual nature of truth.

Having said that, the Agong may not be too happy with what LKS tells him.

The DAP veteran would have to confess that his party made grave strategic errors by getting into coalition with anti-Malaysian Malaysia and anti-democratic socialism bed partners, and even worse, accept Mahathir the Kaka from Kerala as PM.

Anwar Ibrahim is a conspiratorial character with a sneaky, slimy, look.

Sxit happens!

Sabah and Sarawak despise Mahathir, Anwar and Tengku Razaleigh.

When Sabahans and Sarawakians see Razaleigh, they recall the Double Six aircrash on 6 June 1976 which took the lives of CM Donald Stephens and almost the entire Cabinet.

Mahathir was allegedly involved in issuing MyKads to PTI in Sabah and adding them to the electoral rolls in cahoots with Ghafar Baba and Anwar.

LKS, if invited, should inform the Agong that DAP is going solo in GE15 to form the Federal gov’t on its own. It needs at least 115 seats, to be on the safe side, in Parliament.

All these seats should be from Malaya only. DAP should keep out of Sabah and Sarawak since these countries belong to the Orang Asal.

PKR and Amanah can contest GE15 under the rocket symbol.

I am willing to be DAP Prime Minister for Malaysia, guided by Malaysian Malaysia and democratic socialism, the signature themes.

I will be more acceptable to Malays, Sabah and Sarawak than LGE.

Ketuanan Melayuism would be banned by law after the Definition of Malay in Article 160(2) is abolished as the Constitution is colour blind. Malay in Article 160(2) is a form of identity for Muslims, from various races generally from the Archipelago and the Indian subcontinent, and governed by Merdeka — 31 Aug 1957 — as the cutoff point to be classified as Malay.

Bahasa Kebangsaan, Article 152, would no longer be linked with a group calling itself Malay. That would help create national unity. The former Malays would be listed in gov’t forms as Lain Lain (Others).

Sabah and Sarawak would be Equal Partners in Malaysia with Malaya under the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63).

The two Borneo nations would be governed by the Malaysia Constitution, an unwritten/uncodified document based on the Federal Constitution and the constitutional documents on Malaysia including MA63, Batu Sumpah, 20 Points, 18 Points and Adat.

I would return the oil and gasfields in Borneo to the Sabah and Sarawak gov’ts and pull back Petronas, bankruptcy or no bankruptcy.

Sabah and Sarawak, being autonomous, would be represented in the Federal Cabinet in only four portfolios in line with MA63 viz. defence, internal security, foreign affairs and Malaysian Common Market.

Seven Pledges . . .

The Cabinet must be consensus driven in line with Conventions, the working of the Constitution.

Judicial Reviews to first consider whether gov’t procedures were unfair, then go into the merits of the Application.

Adat has force of law and need not be incorporated in law or the Constitution.

Malaysia Constitution governs Sabah and Sarawak.

Delegation of greater administrative powers to Sabah and Sarawak by way of devolution.

State assemblies to Invoke Article VIII of MA63 for a new form of self-determination.

Sabah and Sarawak remain in the Malaysian Common Market after independence.

I have also drawn up a list of 50 Points for Youth. Anwar should read it.

NOTE: See the COMMENT section as well.
