Public perception sees Trump as President Jan 20

If the law isn’t being followed then this election is illegitimate.

Chair of the Federal Election Commission Drops Bombshell Announcement

Public perception sees Trump as President Jan 20.

Trump can decide whether he wants to return as President Jan 20, House of Representatives will go along with him.

I am only looking at the law.

Right now, nothing favours Biden.

He has only 227 electoral college votes i.e. those not disputed, the rest are disputed. So, he can’t claim 290 electoral college votes.

Trump has 232 undisputed electoral college votes i.e. including Alaska 3 and North Carolina 15.

No one has conceded.

By law I am also including action which can be taken by state legislatures, the House — 31 Republican reps, 19 Democrats — Congress and the Senate.

Not everything hinges on the state Supreme Courts and the US Supreme Court, SCOTUS.

It’s not about conspiracy theories. No court will consider conspiracy theories.

It’s about building public perceptions.

The state legislatures will look at public perceptions when deciding on the vote count.

Trump is about building public perceptions. That’s why 72m voted for him.

The media has failed the people. It has now become public enemy number one.

It wants to get the people addicted to bullshit like “Elvis is not dead” etc

If you want the real story, look for blogs which can connect the dots.

Compiling known facts, and passing that off as Opinion, is not connecting the dots.

Phillip Golingai of the Star, for example, compiles known facts and passes that off as Opinion under a column called OPINION.

Where’s the Opinion?

PG is not the only one.

The malaysiakini columnists also cannot connect the dots.

Donald Trump’s campaign can’t find a judge who will ignore the facts — but it’s still trying

The court cases are about building public perceptions.

The court will not interfere in the elections. It can give a ruling sometimes without appearing to interfere in the elections.

The court has to keep public perceptions in mind. It comes under matters of public concern and public interest.

Trump and GOP rush to ‘quietly pack the FEC with partisans’ after election: watchdog

This is a conspiracy theory. The court will not get involved.

I believe the House that picks the President will consist of a representative from each of the 50 states.

31 states are Republican controlled and 19 are run by Democrats.

31 vs 19.

So, Trump will be President.

Legislatures could use the public perception of fraud to try to invoke their constitutional power to ignore their states’ popular votes, reject certified election results and appoint slates of Trump electors.

US 2020 sees no ‘winner’, House will declare Trump president, US Supreme Court, SCOTUS, will not interfere.

  1. I predicted that Trump would not try to get 270 electoral college.

Instead, he will whittle down Biden’s electoral college to less than 270.

Trump said that it was the fake news media that called Biden as having won.

The results have not been certified by state legislatures. That will happen on Dec 8 and Dec 14.

Once the results are certified, the electoral college based on state popular vote would be alloted.

The Electors may be faithless. In that case, they may not allot the electoral college as pledged.

The state legislatures can also dismiss the Electors and appoint new Electors or allot the electoral college themselves i.e. not necessarily based on the state popular votes.

If state legislatures fail, the House of Representatives will come in.

The House will have a representative each from 50 states.

31 states are Republican run, 19 are under the Democrats.

If 31 vs 19, the House will declare Trump President.

It’s not necessary for the Senate to endorse the Declaration. The US Constitution says the House will declare the President.

The fake news media harps on the national popular vote. The national popular vote does not decide the US Presidency.

It’s not possible for the national popular vote to decide the Presidency.

Under the first past the post system in the Commonwealth, for example, the PM is picked by just one parliamentary seat and accepted by a majority of MPs as the parliamentary leader on the “gov’t” side.

In reality, the Agong can pick ANY MP as PM. Minority gov’t is lawful.

In seats, the winner does not necessarily get 51 per cent of the votes counted if there are more than two candidates.

The first past the post system does not include runoffs i.e. the top two candidates running again so that the winner gets at least 51 per cent.

All registered voters don’t turn up on polling day. At least 20 per cent to 30 per cent don’t turn up.

    Not all “eligible” voters register.

Many of them don’t have personal documents and hence are not “eligible” to register.

Under the first past the post system, it’s unlawful to register on behalf of others or ferry them to the polling stations.

In the US, ballot harvesting is unlawful i.e. going door to door to collect mail-in ballots for posting. In law, these ballots don’t express the INTENTION of the voters.

This is just one reason Trump keeps says electoral fraud and voter fraud.

Voters can file Affidavits in Support to demonstrate “no INTENTION”.

There are also issues with early ballots being backdated before Nov 3 and the subsequent cutoff time and date after polling day, early ballots not being segregated and being added to legal ballots to produce a fake result.

In the US, machine counting may have led to electoral fraud.

The law states that if voters write in, machine counted votes must be hand counted.
