Private sector workers can’t be forced to retire at 60 years old!

I am a subject matter expert in looking for the Word of God . . . eternal laws based on eternal truths.

Word of God and God are one and the same.

Karma remains the 1st Law in Sanatana (science) Dharma (duties). SD claims that it’s about eternal laws based on eternal truths. It’s not about Word of God but civilisational values viz. civics, ethics, moral values, justice and truth.

The Holy Bible, the Word of God, remains the spiritual nature of truth.

The True Definition of Karma can be found in the Holy Bible, the Word of God.

Worker . . .

There’s no statute or case law which can force a worker in the private sector to retire at 60.

There’s also no statute or case law which allows a worker in the private sector to continue working after 60 years.

The court has to find the law on a case by case basis.

A job remains the property of the worker protected by Article 5 (right to life), Article 8 (no discrimination), and Article 13 (property rights).

It cannot be taken away without compensation based on the submission, “I don’t have a source of revenue and income. I don’t have another job”.

Human relationships . . .

No one can beat me on connecting the dots, the English language and law.

I am a subject matter expert on looking for the law beyond the Ten Commandments, Adat, International Law, Constitution, Parliament, case law, administrative law, customary and industry practices, and the internal policies and procedures of Companies and associations, and pointing it out to the Court.

I take a very safe position . . . shades of grey.

There are exceptions, qualifiers, caveats, ifs and buts.

Many people, if not all, compile known facts and pass them off as Opinion.

They are bogged down by situations and fail to connect the dots for the Way Forward. They can’t see the forest for the trees.

So, they degenerate into rhetoric and polemics on this and that. They want to show they are “panai”.

They can’t rebut me on anything.

They can’t pluck even one hair from my YouKnowWhat!

So, being morally depraved they cross the line with highly personal and offensive remarks. They try covering up on being “educated beyond their intelligence” by degenerating into distraction, disruption and obstruction.

They should not start anything, otherwise I will finish it. They will look bad.

I determine and dictate the Agenda and control the Narrative.

Life . . .

Life isn’t the be all or end all of anything.

Life isn’t black only, white only, or only black and white.

There are various shades of grey.

There must be exceptions, qualifiers, caveats, ifs and buts.

If we are bogged down by the situation, we will never be able to connect the dots for the Way Forward.

If anyone can’t explain the thesis statement, the PhD is bogus.

Issue . . .

Nothing is an issue unless it’s in the media, the court, should be in court, enters the court of public opinion or goes viral in the social media and in the coffee shops.

Those affected by the media have the right of reply.

In defamation cases, the court first asks the media: “Did you give the right of reply?”

If an issue goes on for two weeks, it will become a controversy. It will not end until there’s closure.

WhatsApp groups are sheer waste of time. No one can rebut me.

In law, never rush to judgment. Always mull over before speaking up and speaking out. Inspiration comes from mulling.

Law comes from the nature of human relationships.

Law regulates human relationships.

What’s law?

Law exists, and has always existed based on common sense, universal values and the principles of natural justice.

Opinion isn’t law. Only the court can declare law.

The court declares law by interpreting INTENTION/S . . . for example the intention of the Founding Fathers and a people before the Constitution, the intention of the framers of the Constitution, and the intention of Parliament, among others.

The court of law remains only about law.

The court isn’t about ethics, moral values, theology, sin, God, justice or truth.

Ultimately, when push comes to shove, law comes from what’s before the court on issues in conflict between the parties in dispute.

Lawyers look for the law and point them out to the court.

The court finds the law and declares it.

In court, those who lost, have the right to know why they didn’t win.

It’s the parties in dispute that decide, on the basis of submissions, how a case ends.

The court merely rules based on what the parties in dispute have placed before it.

The court cannot stray from what’s before it, ignore what a party has conceded or ignore breaches of the “amalan, tatacara dan prosedur Mahkamah”.

The court should disregard what’s irrelevant. It should only focus on the issues in conflict between the parties in dispute. The judge should not decide on the basis of who he believes. That’s irrelevant.

The court cannot help or guide lawyers representing parties in dispute. The court can guide a party in dispute Acting in Person.

Law can begin with a complaint.

Then, a file would be opened. The file can only be closed when there’s closure i.e. the law has been found.

In jurisprudence, God isn’t a source in law.

Law must have source for jurisdiction, authority and power.

The sources of law are the Ten Commandments in the Holy Bible, the Word of God; the Constitution, Parliament, case law, administrative laws, Adat, and international law.

Adat, based on customary practices, remains the 1st Law in international law.

Law can be found in customary practices as in Adat; customary and industry practices in the workplace; and the internal policies and procedures of Companies and associations.

The Supreme Court of India has declared that syariah isn’t law but based on a person accepting it willingly.

Syariah cannot be imposed on anyone. It would be unconstitutional.

If syariah was based on customary practices, it would have force of law. The Quran and Islam however claim that syariah comes from God.

Islam isn’t law but based on the concept of sin.

The Constitution, the ultimate political document setting out the governing institutions of state, has force of law.

The rule of law remains the basis of the Constitution. The letter of the law isn’t the sum total of the rule of law. There’s greater emphasis on the spirit of the law in the rule of law.

The Constitution remains about the relationship between a state and a people, between the state and individuals and between individuals.

The Holy Bible, the Word of God, remains about the relationship between God and people, between God and individuals and between individuals.

Word of God does not mean that God came down and said something.

Word of God and God are synonymous. Word of God remains God.

Word of God are about eternal laws based on eternal truths. It’s about the spiritual nature of truth. The emphasis remains on the spirit. The Holy Bible, the Word of God, mentions the Holy Spirit.

The True Definition of Karma may be in the Holy Bible, the Word of God.

We will know God when the Word of God enters our lives and fills us with the Holy Spirit. True conversion comes from the Holy Spirit.

I know Who or What’s God.

Jesus explained about Truth and Faith. From these two concepts, we know Who or What’s God.

Satan remains the OTHER SIDE.

Again, the Search for God, Satan, ends.

We know Who or What’s God, the OTHER SIDE remains Satan.

Pendakwah Ebit Lew, for example, doesn’t explain if he found God . . .

Many people are wondering what he’s peddling, Zakir Naik can be demolished in three minutes.

Jesus said, “if we have faith, even though it be as tiny as a grain of mustard seed, we can say to this mountain, ‘uproot thyself and plant thyself in the sea’ and it would obey us”.

Jesus was teaching about seeing things that do not exist and seeing things that can exist.

Focus on the moment, the here and now

Concentrate

Don’t let the thoughts wander

Be aware

Be conscious

Be strong

Be firm

Stay committed (never give up)

Stay the course

Never give up anything you start

Stick to it

You will reach the destination

Procastination remains the thief of time.

The more we procastinate, the more we will want to procastinate, and the more we will procastinate.

The law of inertia can move us forward and, at the same time, hold us back.

The law of inertia . . . a body in motion stays in motion, unless acted upon by external forces.

. . . a body at rest, stays at rest, unless acted upon by external forces.

Practise good work ethics . . .

The most important aspect remains capitalising on momentum energy. Never lose the momentum. Delay would be fatal as the energy lost does not return.

Writing, for example, comes from reading. Reading provides the stimulus. Writing remains the response. Capitalise on the response to the stimulus and maintain the momentum energy. There’s inspiration from mulling. It’s like an Artist at work. There’s creativity, speed and efficiency.

Again, Jesus explained the spiritual nature of Truth, “You shall know the Truth, and the Truth shall set you free.”

“The Truth, once it emerges, cannot be hidden.”

“It will be shouted from the rooftops.”

Truth has a lifeforce all its own. The Truth, once it emerges, will come into fruition.

Hindu feel there’s a great spirit — paramatma — which permeates everything.

Sanatana (science) dharma (duties) claims it’s about eternal laws based on eternal truths.

The 1st Law in sanatana dharma remains Karma, the law of cause and effect. Karmic forces exhaust themselves sooner or later.

Other than Karma, the eternal laws based on eternal laws in sanatana dharma are not about the Word of God.

They are about civilisational values viz. civics, ethics, and moral values.

Karma remains neutral. The more one fights Karma, the more it will fight back.

Karma must be neutralised, not dignified by fighting it.

Consider everything that happens as a blessing in disguise.

Count the blessings and be thankful and grateful. There will be even more reasons tomorrow for being thankful and grateful.

Look for the silver lining in the clouds.

Opportunities often come disguised as problems.

The “good” can only come from the “bad”. If the “bad” does not happen, the “good” will not come. Everything has to come from somewhere.

It’s human perceptions that see Karma as good, bad, evil, ugly or beautiful.

Karma remains neutral.

Prophecy comes from the eternal laws based on eternal truths.
