Mega global scandals united non-Malays, divided so-called Malays, for regime change in Malaysia

Kadir calls for tit-for-tat action against India over reports of palm oil ban

It’s misleading to say the Indian gov’t called for a ban on imports of raw and refined palm oil from Malaysia. It’s fake news.

It’s the refineries in india which want restrictions placed on imports of refined palm oil. They deal only with raw palm oil.

Exports of raw palm oil to India face no restrictions.

Malaya and Borneo should set up refineries in India.

Having said that, New Delhi’s focus is on stability of edible oil supplies, not just palm oil.

That means New Delhi will focus on purchases and sales from buffer stocks. Either way, the Indian gov’t will make tonnes of money.

Kadir Jasin, being a school dropout, has never heard of the WTO.

There’s no need for New Delhi to risk Malaysia complaining to the WTO about India.

If Mahathir thinks that India is restricting imports of palm oil, lodge a complaint with the WTO.

Don’t just bark in the media and threaten India like Pakistani terrorists.

By the way, India restricts onion exports from time to time. Complain about that too.

It must be remembered that the BoMa/SoCaMa (bogus Malays and/or so-called Malays) in Malaya were stateless squatter colonies of Muslim communities on the eve of Merdeka. They were only defined in 1957 in Article 160 and given a form of identity.

Malay is not race in the Definition in Article 160.

The so-called Malays were subjects of the riverine sultans. They were not British subjects. The British organised the riverine sultanates as territorial states named after the main waterways.

The sultans, Indians and Chinese were British subjects who exchanged their status for Malayan citizenship under the Federation of Malaya Independence Act 1957.

The relationship between Indian expatriates in Malaya and their employers is between them and the court, nothing to do with the gov’t unless it’s their employer.

Barbering is considered a low caste occupation in India. India is ruled by the evil caste system, not rule of law, the basis of the Constitution.

No Indian in Malaya would do barbering.

Even so, try telling a barber from India to trim the beard or give a shave. They would be offended.

The Chinese girls at the salons are willing to trim beards.

They are afraid to give a shave lest they nick the customers in the neck.

Only a person with a low mentality would be prejudiced, xenophobic, extremist, fanatic, racist and promote rotten politics.

Either the recalcitrant Mahathir is a person with a low mentality or believes in gathering those with a low mentality for a self-serving agenda for personal benefits.

That’s his miserable recipe for his pathetic existence in the world.

Fortunately, the 1MDB, SRC International and other mega global scandals united the non-Malays in Malaya and divided the so-called Malays to bring about regime change in 2019.

The theory that there’s no money in the economy or not much money going around or that people have no money does not hold water.

The money has always been there.

The difference may be in the velocity of circulation.

If people hold back on spending, the level of velocity will be lower.

What makes people hold back their money i.e. not spending or not spending enough?

Consumer sentiment!

What is consumer sentiment?

Confidence or lack of confidence in the gov’t and future.

Mahathir should go.
Unlike the US, India does not flex its muscles over its large domestic market and middle class which is larger and richer than France and Germany combined.
Malaysia is not the only country in the world to have a large trade surplus with India.
China, another example, has a US$70 billion trade surplus with India.

The Boycott Begins – India Willingly Pays Higher For Indonesian Crude Palm Oil To Teach Mahathir A Lesson

Amusingly, Mahathir’s media adviser – Kadir Jasin – has suggested retaliation in the form of kicking out 150,000 Indian expatriates and workers in Malaysia.

Seriously?

What type of grass has he been smoking lately?

Mr. Kadir should stop hallucinating that Malaysia is the economic superpower United States.

Did he know that Malaysia currently enjoys a trade surplus of US$4.4 billion with India?

According to India’s trade ministry data, Malaysia’s exports to India stood at US$10.8 billion in the 2018/19 fiscal, while imports from New Delhi totalled US$6.4 billion – hence the US$4.4 billion surplus in favour of Malaysia.

What this means is Malaysia needs India more than India needs Malaysia.

Malaysia’s total import of Indian products only constituted 0.2% of India’s GDP.

India won’t feel a pinch.

Those who stay in glass houses should not throw stones.

If there’s balance of terror, there will be peaceful co-existence i.e. no hot war but cold war.

In order to ensure balance of terror, Sabah and Sarawak should deploy the main weapons in their arsenal against the Federal gov’t/Petronas, viz.

Firstly, Invoke Article VIII of MA63;

Secondly, sue Petronas in overseas jurisdictions where the Company has assets and/or operations;

Thirdly, sue the Federal gov’t and related entitities in overseas jurisdictions where it has assets and/or activities; and

Fourthly, in the case of China’s encroachments into the South China Sea waters of Sabah and Sarawak, the onus is on the Federal gov’t to take appropriate action, failing which the Borneo nations can consider suitable action against the Federal gov’t in overseas jurisdictions.

Invoking Article VIII of MA63 is the way forward. The Federal gov’t has been non-compliant on MA63.

The court will look at the following: “What’s the basis for North Borneo and Sarawak to be with Malaya in Malaysia?”

No MA63, no Malaysia.

The British did not pass self-gov’t and independence Acts for North Borneo and Sarawak before they left on 16 Sept 1963.

The British passed self-gov’t (1955) and independence Acts (1957) for Malaya after the Federation of Malaya Agreement 1948 to bring together the Federated Malay States, Unfederated Malay States and the Straits Settlements of Penang and Malacca.

The British passed the self-gov’t Act for Singapore in 1955.

Singapore obtained independence from Malaysia in 1965.

There was a Yes/No vote before Singapore helped form Malaysia in 1963.

In North Borneo and Sarawak, there was only a UN exercise covering 4, 000 people. Apparently, one third (mostly Chinese) was against Malaysia, another third (mostly Orang Asal) wanted further details and a period of independence before considering Malaysia, only one third (mostly Muslims) supported the idea of Malaysia.

Waytha Moorthy & Co can’t make use of Indians in Malaya, just like the “neverr minde” MIC buggers, for their own benefit.

We don’t hear Muslims in India demanding the return of land the British colonialists stole from India to create Pakistan, ostensibly for Muslims, but in fact to divide the Indian Army on the verge of mutiny.

The Indian Army wanted to slaughter its British officers and slaughter the 100, 000 British in India after it concluded the colonialists would never leave the country.

Modi wants to take back the land stolen from India by British colonialists to create Pakistan.

Zia ul Haq was blown up in the skies over Pakistan along with the US Ambassador after he said, “you are going to get an Islamic state whether you like it or not. If you don’t want to be an Islamic state, we might as well return to India”.
